London Southend Airport Guide

By road:
London Southend airport is located approximately 35 miles from Canary Wharf and approximately 40 miles from central London. The distance from the M25 orbital motorway is 18 miles.
By rail:
Southend Airport Rail Station is due to open on 18th July 2011. Operating between London Liverpool Street Station and Southend Victoria these services all stop at Stratford where there are connections through the Jubilee Line and Docklands Light Railway with Canary Wharf and Docklands.
For travellers from Tilbury and the South Essex Coast or preferring to connect to/from Fenchurch Street Station in central London, there is a second choice of rail line into central Southend (Southend Central).
